Il nostro è un lavoro che viene realizzato artiginalmente, non siamo una grande industria, cerchiamo di essere sempre precisi ed impeccabili ma gli errori possono capitare, nei termini del buon senso, saremo sempre disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema, ad ogni modo questi sono i termini che accetterete acquistando un nostro prodotto:

• La maggior parte degli ordini sono su commissione se non diversamente indicato, questo significa che il vostro prodotto, in quanto da noi realizzato, richiederà del tempo per essere finito, testato e spedito. Il tempo di attesa può essere anche fino 5 mesi.
  

• Avrete 7 giorni dal ricevimento dell'ordine per poterlo restituire con spese a vostro carico, se lo sato del prodotto sarà conforme a quello precedente alla spedizione, sarete rimborsati del solo costo dell'oggetto acquistato.

• In caso di guasto tecnico o non conformità, siamo sempre disponibili per riparazioni e sostituzioni. Se il guasto (non causato dal cliente) avvenisse entro 30 giorni, la sostituzione o riparazione sarà gratuita.

Ours is a work that is done by hand, we are not a large industry, we try to always be precise and impeccable but mistakes can happen, in terms of common sense, we will always be available to solve any type of problem, in any case these are the terms you will accept by purchasing one of our products:

• Most orders are commissioned unless otherwise stated, this means that your product, as we make it, will take some time to finish, test and ship. The waiting time can be up to 5 months.
• You will have 7 days from receipt of the order to be able to return it at your expense, if the condition of the product complies with that prior to shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the cost of the purchased item.
• In the event of a technical failure or non-compliance, we are always available for repairs and replacements. If the fault (not caused by the customer) occurs within 30 days, the replacement or repair will be free of charge.
